Event

ESPR Paediatric Emergency Ultrasound Course 2025 (PEUC2025) is course organized by Latvian Radiology Association, taking place in Jurmala, Latvia, from 24th of April 2025 to 26th of April 2025.

Organiser is Latvian Radiology Association, registration number 40008179307, legal address: 13 Pilsoņu street, Riga, Latvia, LV-1002 (hereinafter — “we” or “PEUC2025”).

Changes in the Event Program

PEUC2025 reserves the right to change the Event program or the speakers without prior notice to the participants of the Event.

Photography and Filming

Please be informed that the Event will be filmed and photographed according to our Privacy Policy. PEUC2025 is not liable for photographs and/or video recordings taken by any other partner, sponsor or participant of the Event or any other third party.

Copyright

All rights, titles and interests (including all copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights) in the products and services of the Event belong to PEUC2025 or PEUC2025 has been granted rights to use them. Any unauthorized use of the names, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property relating to the Event is prohibited PEUC2025’s express prior written consent is required for any use. Names, logos and trademarks of other companies or organizations of any kind that appear on the products and services of PEUC2025, such as Website are representations of sponsors, supporters and media partners and use of these by any unauthorised third party is prohibited. Permission to use can only be granted by the owner of the intellectual property.

Miscellaneous

All participants shall follow the instructions of PEUC2025`s staff at the Event.

PEUC2025 is entitled to suspend your participation without compensation, and you may be asked to leave the Event immediately, if you disturb the conduct of the Event.

Unless otherwise specified by the PEUC2025, new wording of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy enters into force after published on the Website. Please regularly check the current revision of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
