Joanna Kasznia-Brown
About me
Prof Joanna Kasznia-Brown is Senior Consultant Radiologist in the University of Bristol, UK. Her work includes paediatric and oncology imaging, with a special interest in paediatric US and MRI.
Joanna is currently President of the British Society of Paediatric Radiology and immediate past-President of the World Federation of Paediatric Imaging, taking on a role of the WFPI Global Director. She chairs Outreach Committee of the European Society of Paediatric Radiology and is a member of Educational Committee of the ESPR.
Passionate about global radiology and education, Joanna is the Global Lead of the Royal College of Radiologists and chair of the Global Educational Faculty of the RCR.
She has been actively involved in many international projects in Africa, Asia and Europe, as Radiology Expert and Senior Consultant for the UN, WHO and IAEA.
Joanna has numerous publications and has been invited as guest and keynote speaker to many international and national conferences, and various educational courses in UK and abroad.
